He leverages his background in engineering and expertise in finance to create customized solutions that meet the unique needs and goals of each client. Jovani has over 15 years’ experience in operations and client services, particularly in the financial sector. Known for her ability to manage complex tasks and foster deep client relationships, she has a track record of delivering exceptional results by optimizing processes and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. She and Rakesh began their association in 2017 while they were both on the same team at a major Wall Street firm.

Ariana is a licensed Investment Adviser Representative. She takes pride in serving affluent families and businesses, working closely with Founder and CIO Rakesh Khilnani. With a major in International Business and minors in Marketing and Spanish, she adeptly navigates the complexities of investment, aligning strategies with the goals of both English and Spanish-speaking clients.
Additionally, she hosts tech innovation hubs which connect remote workers, founders, and developers, have provided her with unique insights into emerging technology trends. Ariana brings a fresh perspective in broadening the mission of joy at goi.
Ayan supports the evaluation and implementation of new technology and AI systems to keep goi at the forefront of emerging technologies in investment management. He is in his 4th year at University of St Andrews, on his way to earn a BSc in Physics and Mathematics. Along with his academic excellence, he brings experience in code developing and dataset processing.
